Issue 004 is based around the theme 'Nature':

Andy Reeve talks to us about the Nature that is all around us with accompanying photography from himself and Considerate Trespassing. Paul Askew has penned the first poem we have published, on the subject of alcoholic pigeons no less! Lee Crutchley brings us the intriguing short story, 'The Feather' and Sarah Seaton takes us through the ins and out of the musical community in 'Vibes, Creative Tribes & Survival'. Laura Booth enlightens us on the current, environmentally friendly trend of Upcycling, Miriam Sturdee regales us with her personal experiences with Taxidermy and we hear the ramblings of five boys on the touchy subject of Naturism. In another first for FAKE, this issue we have a recipe for a hearty 'Stinger Soup' courtesy of Sarah Plant, beautifully illustrated by Laura Goodhew. Our centrefold is work of photographic magician, Matt Walford.

As usual, we have features from both Editors; Kerry writes of her first experience of The Secret Supper Society, and Sophie again takes the reins of regular fashion feature, 'Faking It'. Our other regular back page feature 'A Different Take on Fake', is this time written by Mathew Leslie Frost and tackles the subject of designer fakes.

Accompanying all this are our beautifully shot fashion editorials and, new this issue, we have introduced menswear. This is something you, our readers have told us you would like to see and it's been great to take such a positive step forward.

As ever, we have an array of fabulous illustrations, courtesy of Abigail Hutton, MJ Lomax, Currentstate, Lee Crutchely, Claire Hartley, Lucy Driscoll, Laura Goodhew, Lizz Lunney, Tim Hunt, Miriam Sturdee and Will Haywood. Our fashion editorials feature the following innovative fashion designers and brands; Christopher Waller, Angharad Mead, 18 AND EAST, Jeffrey Smith, MKI and Sparks. Our cover shoot features some very talented jewellery designers; Daniella Cardillo, Helen Dobson, Roisin Connolly, Red Brick, Kasia Piechocka and Nicola Crawford, we extend our thanks to According to McGee for this. Our shoots were photographed by the talented Xanthe Hutchinson and Nadia King, with Hair and Make up from Temi Aboderin, Verity Faichen, Marrianna Easter and Kizzy Edkins. Our thanks also to Alpha Agency and Industry People for our wonderful models, Helen, Anastasiya and Richard.
